Corel PaintShop Pro

Gotta say that after using almost every version of PaintShop Pro from Jasc through 7 to Corel versions 8 to 11+ for complete photo editing, it is good stuff. It is less expensive than Photoshop and worth the savings. I dabbled with Photoshop and found at least one thing I liked better in PaintShop Pro. I suppose that if I worked through the learning curve, I would probably get comfortable with Photoshop, but I haven't found it necessary. Adobe Photoshop is more robust in features and in add-ons, but PaintShop Pro definitely won't leave you short on basics.

Every one of the images in my gallery have come through PaintShop Pro. Check it out if you are interested. http://www.pbase.com/jrhudson

I love to use Photoshop especially Photoshop CS2 as my designing platform since I'm comfortable with it. I never use Corel before but I'll try soon.
