PBase

Hi everyone - I've done a search and can't find this topic, so hope this isn't repetitive....

I recently got a DVD of my first open water dive and want to capture a few stills off it, as my underwater disposable ruptured

Can anyone recommend a good, hopefully free, software for doing this? I've tried Windows Media Player, done the 'uncheck overlays' etc and it doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated!!!
