Hi there,

i was wondering if anyone can direct me as to how i can edit a papercut out i have made and scanned onto my pc. I am currently starting up a charity to support parents that have had a sick newborn or premature baby and i have hand created a logo but i would like to add effects and also add colour to the cutout.

If anyone can steer me in the right direction i would be grateful. Or if anyone would be happy to donate their time to helping i would be even more grateful as this is all very new to me.
