DxO Optics Pro 4 problem

Anyone using DxO Optics Version 4?

I have been, but now have an Alert that prevents use.

"unable to write the corrected picture to disk..."

Any experience with this? Their support is 48 hours slow.

I guess you have an issue with your OS and not with DXO.

Are you using DXO on Mac or Windows?

Sounds like a permissions issue to me.

If Mac, what are the permissions of the directory path of the 'Corrected Output' folder? Do you have write permissions? Also if Mac, you can check the console log for error output by DXO.

Hi!

In my case, I tried to get a 1200 dpi 11-inch wide output file, the computer churns for a while then spits out that error message. My guess is that there is not enough memory to process the picture.

I am using DXO 4 and have not had that problem. Is it a pc or a mac? How much ram? How much hard drive space is available?
