does anyone out there use iview media pro and know why importing .eps files is taking FOREVER for me?

Do you have iView prefs set to rebuild thumbnails or are you using the included thumbnails that are part of the .eps files. Rebuilding thumbnails during import does take some time and has the potential to bring things to a crawl. I'm no expert on .eps files but thought I would pass on what came to mind when I read your post. Best of luck!
