Rick hit on a couple of ways to do it. I used a similar method in this image of my Niece I did a couple of years ago.
Scanned a distrest old fibre based print, then put some tea stains on white catridge paper and scanned that then blended them together using layers and different blending modes, as Rick says you may be able to find them ready made on the web..hope that helps.
