How can I convert my pics from large MB size files to small KB size files?

It would help if we knew what computer you are using. PC or Mac ? What OS ?

If you are using a Pc, you can try Irfanview, which is free.

To reduce the Mp to Kb, you have 2 operations to do.

1- reduce the size of the image from 2000+ X 1000+ to something like 800 x 600 or smaller.

2- you adjust the compressing rate to reduce even more the file size (weight).

The smaller the image in pixels width and length and the higher the compression make for smaller Kb file.
