The procedure works in all versions of Photoshop from 4.0 and up for both Mac and PC.
Note: This forum post was made in direct response to an inquiry by a pbase member. In my galleries I have posted, around my photos, a wide variety of frames, all made in Photoshop. For Pbase members, i will be glad to post the Photoshop procedure for any frame made for photos in my galleries.
