Exif data

Hi, does anybody know how to change the data contained in the exif file regarding lens size, my lens is reporting an incorrect size so my software won't do any automatic corrections on it, my lens is 18-200 but reports as 18-456 though the focal length used for taking a photo is indicated correctly.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi thanks for the response, I downloaded and installed it and it does indeed display the field that needs to be corrected but do you know how to actually change the data contained in the fields. I can export the data but I can't seem to bring it back in.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I finally got this sorted out, Friedemann who wrote the exifer program came to the rescue and wrote me a little app to change the data for me.
