Hey there, I need to be able to search through my pics with keywords

I realize I would have to set up the catalogue myself

is there anything you know of that can do this?

there are quite a few applications that can do it for one, Adobe bridge if you have PS the second is Kalimages from http://www.Kalimages.com third is Idimager from http://www.Idimager.com
I think that ACDsee (however you spell the name) can do it as well
There are probably many many more including some very expensive apps as well such as iView and more

Youu may want to look at Apples web skie and go thru the demo of iPhoto. It does everything you have aske about 9and more) but there are PC equjivalents. Adobe seems to be teh most professinal. Picassa seems to be the most free.
