jasc photo editing - how to create a MOVING PICTURE

hello i was wondering if anyone would know how to create a moving picture on the jasc photo editing program. i wanted to create a moving picture, so my friend suggested this program, so i downloaded it and don't quite understand how to do so, i've tried the slideshow and video, but i wanted to create a gif or jpg so that i could upload it as a picture.
