Cross Processing

I'm looking for a good filter/action for cross processing in PSCS2.

O.K., I'll bite. What's cross-processing? I can think of several smart answers.

Its the effect you'd get if you processed a color negative film in E6 (slide)chemicals (or vice-versa).
