Photo printing software

I work in IT and have a user who has real problems with memory. His job is to go into the field, take about 10 or 12 shots with a digital camera, and then print these out on a page or two with small captions under each picture. I need some REALLY SIMPLE software, that can take 6 to 8 pictures, arrange them on a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, allow a caption and then print.
That is all it has to do. No editing, just paste them together and print. I am considering an old Polaroid and a typewriter.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

HP Photosmart Essential 1.9 has the ability to print thumbnails, and should be user friendly since it's made for this type thing. Here's a link:

I'm sure there's many more out there, WindowsMarketPlace has all types of other free programs you could try also. There's links to it in a few other posts in threads here if you search.
