Choose the picture that you want it to be the watermask.
Use PS to turn it into transparence then cover on the other one.

Can you understand what i say?

Use BreezeBrowser. It will give you an option to select one of two different watermarks that you create yourself. It's fast and it will resize, and or watermark quickly in batch processing

Try searching my blog for the "watermark" term. I've recently reviewed a program designed to place semi-transparent visible (text or graphics)watermarks to any number of photos at a time.

Thanks.

There's many very good, inexpensive & FREE programs if you're using "Windows" operating system here:

I use close to a dozen different programs, most of which are free from here. They'll have different things you can do, from very simple to complex tasks of working with layers to animations. If you use Photoshop Elements, I have a fast tute with links to video instructions for all PS programs on my site. Just check my "Helpful Hints" gallery for the info.
Hope this helps. :)

Hi,

Here's the software I use for palcing semi-transparent text or picture watermarks:

What I like most of all is full control over watermarks position, rotation angle, tilling style etc.
