Well that is some thing like how big the picture is. It’s a 5x9 at about 1200 ppi. I couldn’t open it in CS2 I had to use image ready to resize it. What is the biggest picture you have worked with?

i've made 40x60 files at 200ppi in cs2

which would be 8000x12000 i guess. they looked awesome

(you might have been in 16-bit mode, which would have possibly been a problem though)


it took forever to make.

i have a beastly machine in the office though. 2 dual 64-bit processors and loads of ram.

normally though, i work with physically smaller files with multiple layers causing the files to range from 700 meg to 2 gig.
