Watermark or stamp

Hi,
There is some simple way to add a watermarks or, better, a stamp in group of photos?
I know how to do that in a single photo with Photoshop CS, but I would like to do that in a easiest way other than phot by photo.

... to do this.
1. Open a photo where you want to add text/stamp
2. Create a new action, click the 'record' button
3. Type the text or place your stamp
3. Apply any formatting
4. Flatten image
5. Save as ...
6. Click 'stop recording' button

Now, open file browser and select the images you want to edit.
From the menu bar choose Automate, Batch and in the dialog box make the required settings.
