Batch resizing a whole collection

Hey, i've got all my photos at the moment organised into folders. However i'd like to resize them all to about 640*480 (or appropriate resolution), so that I can put them onto a memory card and view them on my Palm T3. The only problem is that i want to maintain the folder structure, so that i can open particular photos easily.

Any suggestions?

It's free and will allow you to create a copy of the structure while resizing.
