Software that has a backup cd template (insert)

I recently saw a photo book that was talking about backing up your photos to CD's or DVD's (which I already do). But the photo showed some CD inserts that looked really nice. They had a little collage of the photos on that CD and a title and date.

I wonder if there is a photo organizer software out there that does this if I choose to "backup" a certain folder of images. Then it would ask me for the title, date and images to use for the template. The template would go into the CD jewel case.

I'm sure you could create this from scratch, but I don't have those skills
