Maybe some one out here can help me with color issues that I’m having. Using PS when proofing in CYMK I see very distinct color separation between some of my colors verses turning proofing off that makes all colors smooth from light to dark and one color blending into another.

My question is once finding this separation of colors how can I correct for this error?

First of all, why are you using CYMK? As I understand it, that format is for use when producing color proofs for commercial printing (by color printing presses), not for printing via consumer or pro-sumer color photo printers or for viewing on screen.
