Free Graphics Viewer and Manipulator
Posted: Fri Oct 17, 2003 7:28 pmhttp://www.xnview.com/ offers a pretty nice free viewing and manipulations program for all sorts of graphical images. It is similar to Asdsee, but XnView is entirely free. Version 1.65 has some very nice enhancements. I found it and thought I'd share it.
