Black & White

Hi,
I have just started to make some of my photos in Black and White.
I use Adobe Photoshop CS. When I make a photo into B&W and think it looks great, then put it up in Pbase... Then the photo is faar too dark. I must make my photo too light in Photoshop, to make it look good in Pbase.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. /Jezz

There might be something wrong with your color profiles. You monitor might be configured to view Color in one way, photoshop might be treating them in a different manner, and when you save you might be embedding a color profile that all wrong. I would look some more into calibrating your screen, and making sure photoshop works with the same profile.
