Listed is my lens and its problems. Is it repairable and can anyone recommend a repair shop?

MAMIYA SEKOR NB 90MM 1:3.8 LENS (Mamiya RB67)

The shutter will not release and it seems to lock up.

i know a guy in my area who is knowledgeable and experienced in repairing mamiya rb lenses.

but i suspect you're not in my area.
