Anyone aware of any fix for software problems in Nikon Scan? Nikon Scan often shuts down when I am doing batch scans. I use Windows XP. I did download the update, no better.

Anyone aware of any fix for software problems in Nikon Scan? Nikon Scan often shuts down when I am doing batch scans. I use Windows XP. I did download the update, no better.

I've been using the batch scanning since i bought this scanner in April 04 and didn't find my XP shut down. what is your PC hardware configuration? Is it a USB2.0 interface?

Just a stupid guess, but could your computer have a memory deficit? Maybe you just need more ram.
