Scanner that can handle well half-frame and APS film?

But, do any of you know of a good scanner that can do a good job on
the old half-frame negatives and also APS film (about 57% the size of
35mm) ?
I had an HP 4C and did the Peru shots from 4x6 prints, but the scanner's
no longer available to me.
