Today in my page profile I discovered this:

- Your account is in good standing

- Payment history: 1 jan 2018 - credit remaining: 0

I dont' have yet received the mail usually sent by pbase for the payment ...

WHY ???

Wow! Pretty tough getting answers around here apparently. I hope this site isn't going the way of Photosig.

Did you try making a payment? I just did last week and it was without any issue.

I have made a check for pbase on 08/08/18 for renew .send a check by mail , well up to this date nothing . I send them proof of a snapshot and still haven't heard anything .so my account is still saying one month left for renewal... this happens like three years ago same problem and it took almost three month to resolved the problem ,anybody has encounter or similar problems by mail. thanks.. Just re-upped at the end of last month using PayPal. Payment and new credits were posted immediately. This might be the best to go about this.

Agree with you Michael. I have been using PayPal to renew for years now and have never had a problem. Payment and new credits were posted immediately.

I used to pay by check. That involved someone actually opening mail and doing something. It seems that now Pbase is on autopilot, so have been also using PayPal as others have stated, for the last number of years. Which probably is totally automated? Since it seems no one is at the helm.
