Totally agree. Do they not see the drop on in renewals of subscriptions? I am afraid to renew as what happens if their servers start to have problems...will we go to sign on one day only to find pbase.com is no longer available?.....

An update from me. I emailed Emily again this morning, and also on July 9 and July 12. I have not received an answer to my three emails to her. I have had the "pleasure" to be involved in kick starting the S&T Competition before and in the previous instances Emily got back to me in a timely manner. As I wrote before, as soon as I hear from her I will post the next topic. If you all want to email her as well, please do.

Walter, when this happened a couple of months ago, in addition to writing to Emily, I also wrote to support@pbase.com and received a prompt reply from one of the help desk techs (Ashlee), followed by a reply from Emily... don't know if you have tried that?
