It sounds like a cliché, but it isn't: you made it very difficult for me to choose a winner. There were quite a few images I came back to again and again.

So here are some honourable mentions.

Markus.
I have to admit: I was biased. I made one quite similar a few years ago, on the same spot.


Flo.
I really like the simplicity. Less is more.


Jasja and Chasp.
Both based on the same idea. Both very well executed.



And here my winners.

3rd place
Sang Chung.
Because the strong composition and the story behind it.


2nd place
Karin.
The frame in this one is actually more important than the picture in it. Original and subtle.


1st place
John.
I could have chosen all three entries of John. But at the end this is the one. The frame itself just as interesting as picture in it.
