What is the "PPA"?

Is this the Proffesional Photographers of America association? If so are they having a congress in Las Vegas? Someone posted me a question asking me if this image of mine http://www.pbase.com/image/18004012 is being shown there. How can I find out if this is the case????

I did a quick Google and came up with a website called Les coups de langue de la Grande Rousse which has an image of yours of which you are probably aware. Failing that, I suggest you call the Association and ask them. For folks wanting to know if a site has linked an image, you do a Google search with the words "Link:http://www.pbase.com/(then the image number)" (without the quotes).
