This took place today (8th November)...

Since 1215, the Lord Mayor of London has had to pledge allegiance to the Crown at the Royal Courts of Justice. A parade involves some 6000 participants, 2000 military personnel, 20 marching bands, 250 vehicles and 230 horses, and stretches over 3 miles.
