osprey - that is a winner right there of a bird I've been chasing but still haven't gotten a capture.
Very nice photo of the illusive Belted Kingfisher. Those birds are hard to find and even harder to get a shot of but you nailed it.

I can't keep up with the rest of you on quality of photography but I love seeing your photos so keep up the good work everyone!

Thanks and yes this is a very illusive bird. However, I have an advantage. I have Kingfisher’s living in my back yard where I have a permanent blind. It took a while but they are now unaffected by the blind and I am able to watch them up close without effecting their natural behavior.
