Post Your "Combat" Photos

I don’t think this will turn into a huge thread as the subject is so odd and not a lot of people shoot this sort of photo. I’d like to see “combat shots.”

Now I do not mean just actual, real combat but any image that shows a struggle, fight, duel, action or impression of tension and activity between opponents, sides or opposites. This can be literal or something abstracted but easily recognized as a conflict of sorts.

Please only post the medium thumbnail with the full-size link below it. If you want to add a bit of information that would be cool as well as some folks enjoy knowing the where, when, what of a shot.

I’ll begin with a few literal interpretations of this topic.

These were shot at Pennsic 32 here in PA. It is a medieval reenactment group; know as the Society for Creative Anachronism, that get together in the thousands to hold a “war” between kingdoms. They really beat the snot out of each other and most of these photos were shot on a sunny day where the temperature reached a very humid 97°F (36°C).

Wow! Huge group! Looks like fun...until you whacked I suppose. Ouch!
