How the heck do I align my thubnails on http://www.pbase.com/andymaxwell to the middle of the shaded-box, both vertically and horizontally.

I've tried <horizontal-align:middle>; and <vertical-align:middle>; in the <a.td.thumbnail, a.td.thumbnail:link, a.td.thumbnail:visited, a.td.thumbnail:active> section, but can't get it to work!!

Grrr, help!
