How long til request is worked on?

Hi,

I sent a request to have my username changed (sent to elise@pbase.com) but has not heard back yet. How long should I wait until assuming the email did not go through and re-sending it again?

I'd hoping to get my username changed as quickly as possible as I'm printing up some business cards with the new username in it.
