Is there any way I can disable the "download Picture" feature on my profile page,not confortable for public to download the picture.instea of only for viewing.

No you can't disable download. However, you can make your gallery and images non-public so that only people you know can access the images.

If you are so uncomfortable with this setup, maybe you should re-consider putting images online. There is no way you can prevent an image that has been put online from being saved into a visitor's local disk.
