:: appear under my gallery names

Hi,
before and after gallery title, there is :: sign. Why is that default? where can i change it? what am i missing here?

This "::" is a way to denote that the image displayed represents a gallery and not just an image. You can change it by:
1 - Go to your edit account screen - http://www.pbase.com/account
2 - Look for "Gallery Title Delimiter"
3 - Play with the values there to get the effect you want
