deleting personal message

when i try to delete my personal message on my profile page, i get this, "there are issues to deal with before this is implemented". what issues?

I guess what that means is that the feature (delete) is not implemented as of now. If you want to remove the personal message, just edit it and remove all text and save again.

yeah, i tried that already. doesn't work. guess i'll have to just add a new post to replace it.

You will still have to put atleast a blank space there. But this workaround may not be elegant in the first place because you will get a section titled "Message from ABCXYC" with nothing below it.
