Slug, highlighting page numbers when using dark backgrounds

Slug, is there a way to highlight page numbers for a particular album at the Top Center when using dark backgrounds, i.e., white or at least the same color as the Text Color? Most any dark color shows Page 1 Highlighted, but the numbers for the rest of the pages in that album can't be seen without highlighting like you do when Copying & Pasting (scrolling over it with the mouse button pushed down). The 1st number shows up say white but all the other pages are usually in a Blue that fades into the background and unless you tell someone to highlight the area where they see the page that shows up, they won't know there are other pages in that album.
