is my geust book and forum messages working?

a freind said he left me a message in my guestbook and forum but i did not get it,
can someone leave a message in both to test it? my freind might have done it wrong. or i may have something set wrong.

1 pbase email message
1 comment left in the dreamscapes gallery
all three being seperate from each other
