Can i create a random picture generator from a directory?

I have lots of directories and sub directories. One directory is parties, is it possible to setup a page that is a random "party" picture? I know the random feature is easily implemented in the profile page. what is the html code to generate a random pic from just one specific gallery?

You can't. The random generator at the profile page is generated by the server using scripts. You cannot duplicate it using simple HTML.
