Actually two questions:
1. What is the the field public_flag for? what values can it get
2. any quick way to update the whole gallery with the same captions and key words

public_flag controls whether an album/images gets listed in the album listing of yours. If set to 0, normal viewers cannot see the images and albums listed. However, as long as they know the direct link, they can surf to it. So if you want to share an album with only your friends, make its public_flag =0 and then give the the full URL.

And another question: After I have sorted my pictures in the gallery, is there any simple way to space out the sequence again so I can continue pushing in more pictures in the spaces
