I ran across the following gallery: http://www.pbase.com/fumbling --- and was apalled by the content. There is no pretense of art/photographic skill -- he's posting peep-show photos from the mall --- which, unless he secured model releases, is illegal. Does Pbase have an acceptable use policy that prohibits posting this type of work, or is this behavior condoned?
