Why no response from PBase?!

I've been a member of pbase since early 2004 and have always paid for my account in a timely manner, as I have this year. Yet my profile says that I only have one month service left on my account. In other words, it's telling me I have not paid.

I've emailed pbase "customer support" three times but except for one auto responder they have not even commented on my concerns, no less addressed them. I also emailed them a screen shot showing that my payment by check was mailed to them by my bank bill pay 10 days ago.

I'm afraid they will delete thousands of my images I've posted during almost two decades.

Does pBase have a phone number so I can call and speak with a human and get this resolved? If not, what should I do? Do they answer forum questions like this one??

I have never sent a check, but rather paid electronically and never had an issue. Emily has been posting periodically, so someone is still around. None of us regulars know what the status or future holds for pbase.com.
