Broken icons instead of images

Tonight so many of the photos are just a broken icon and maybe the image can be seen only as "small". Anybody else having this problem?

I have been experiencing the same thing over the past couple of weeks. Very frustrating.

I am in the NE US and have not seen it, but I haven't been on much the last few days. When I was on it seemed OK. What part of the world are you in? Perhaps there's some regional Internet problem. Could your browser be doing a fast timeout?
