Yes. You need to to negotiate the license (purchase) fee with the client, generally these are licenses to use your photo for specific purposes, without transferring your ownership & copyright to the client. Fees are frequently determined by the client's intended usage - website, print campaign, length of time to use a photo, etc.

Are you referring to the "purchase image" link that you see in the lower left hand corner of an image display page? That should only show up when you are logged into your galleries. It does not show up to guests. This was one of those "ideas" that never made it to prime time. I think if I remember correctly it was supposed to provide you a way to sell prints of your images, but then was turned into a potential way for you to purchase prints of your images. I do not think either of those approaches ever took off. If you click that link it takes you to a page that basically says.."Coming Soon"...
