See this thread for some ideas: http://form.pbase.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=47614
I am not aware of anything that Pbase.com provides.

I do not think any of the earlier programs have been updated to work with the current pbase.com. Long ago I wrote a simple C# app to do capture my galleries, but I have not kept that up with the current structure either. Many years ago I decided to take the approach to create a local file structure that mimics my main pbase galleries. I copy all images to that structure first before uploading to Pbase.com. I also have regular backups stored off site in a safety deposit box. The only thing that would be nice to have are the comments to some of the galleries - especially where people have shared their own stories about locations I have photographed. I have been experimenting using Adobe Acrobat's save website as PDF with mixed results.

And there is the Web Archive (aka Wayback machine) that I have used to capture web pages I created over 10 years ago: https://archive.org/web/
