Change size and format of descriptive text?

Sometimes it helps to add a few words describing an image. So far, I haven't found a way to change the size or format of these descriptive words; mine always appear as italics, with a very small font size. Isn't there some way to increase font size - and ideally, eliminate the italics and change to a new font?

Of course you can modify fonts, dimension and style of your text, adopting a personalized CCS
( Cascading Style Sheet).
