From what I can tell it can only be fixed in the code that Pbase is using, but where is the Pbase staff that would fix it?
Again this happens mainly because the base website URL we have to use is http://www.pbase.com/user which seems to cause the issue.

I can get round it by manually copying and pasting the link onto the back of my pbase.com/dhphoto/... address but it's laborious and seems to count as a hit to Google A. as well!

Pretty sure it would count as a hit even if that was fixed. Not 100% sure about this, but I think you can add a filter by IP to the results to remove any coming from your IP if your IP is fairly static.

Actually I just found out how to do it and it appears to be fairly easy. There are predefined filters and one is to exclude from an IP address. So if you have a fairly static IP then that should work. See these links

You go to the Admin tab then to All Filters then New Filter.
