Change Password

I am trying to change my password. I am using a password generator. I tried to enter what I thought was my old PW, and some generated PWs, but I get a message that my old PW is wrong. When I try to go the the page listed for PW retrieval, the link on your HELP page, it just sends me back to my profile page. I cannot get to the page where I can request my old email. Do you have the url for that page?
