A thank you from me as well. I have always gotten a response and a solution from Pbase support when I needed it. I have 11 years on the site. Let's hear from some more people. We all spend a lot of time complaining about what doesn't work instead of what does. :)

During ten years I've never NOT had a response from support...and I've written them a lot.
That's simply normal customer service, or have times changed so much that we now applaud timely responses?

Sometimes I get a response and sometimes not. I've written three times about the geotagging problem which was first reported on 22 Nov 2013 09:37 am, and which has yet to be fixed. I have not received an answer to my three messages.
