What is going on at the PBase office?

2, 5 month has gone since the totally crash of the PBase equipment, and still there are items not working.

Please PBase owner and workers.
Bring in the competence you need.
It is obviously that you people of the PBase team are not competent to fix this your problems your having these days.

Spend some money and get this ting up and running.

We are still working on the hitcount totals that show on your image, gallery, and profile pages. We know that many of you use it to sort the images in your galleries. It will be back as soon as we can integrate it with the new stats system in a way that is fast and efficient.

I really don't care if it's fast or efficient at this point. I just wish it would work. Nothing else is fast and efficient. I'm used to slow and seeing "waiting for Pbase" at the bottom of the browser for everything else.

Why not just implement it as a beta version and then we can complain about the bugs but at least we'll have it.

But when I click on it I don't see full Stats!!!

3 months are coming up after the crash, and still the PBase team hasn’t managed to fix the problem with the Statistics.
I tell you what Slug and the whole PBase team.
If you people was working for me, you would have been fired long time ago.

I thing Slug, that you have to look into the people working for you, and have a serious talk with them.
Fire those who are incompetent and useless, and hire some people that you can trust having the competence and skill
to fix PBase problems when they are there.

After some testing, we were not happy with performance and decided to make some adjustments and prepare some new hardware to better handle the added load. The hitcounts data will definitely be coming back online. We just have to make some more preparations first so that hitcount tracking does not slow down the rest of the site.

Another pathetically vague "update" from pbase management. "It's broke, and we would like to fix it, but we won't tell you when it will be fixed, because that would be making a promise, and keeping promises isn't one of our strong points. We are talking about talking about discussing prioritizing the fix for the last failed fix that supposedly fixed the problem caused by the prior fix to the prior problem that never should have occurred in the first place. Thank you for continuing to pay for our defective product, and for our incompetent management and support."

Pbase members - tell me you're angry, tell me you're frustrated, tell me you're indifferent, resigned, or even oblivious. But please, please, don't tell me you're surprised.

It should be quite clear now, to everybody, what to expect by way of professionalism, support, or service.... nothing!

The only choice you have, and I grant you it's not a happy choice, is whether or not to give these people your money. It shouldn't be like this, but it is. Spend your money wisely.

Something has happened

The total hits just jumped from 956922 hits to 991240 hits.

OK, but the counter is still not working.

I have had 643707 hits since the fatal crash on the 24th of September,
and that will give me a total hit of 1600629.

So again, the Statistic Page is still not working after 3 months.
